Baby Naming Ceremonies

Welcoming a new baby into your family is such a special, memorable and exciting time.  A baby naming ceremony is a non-religious way to introduce your little one to your family and friends.

You may choose to appoint Godparents, however if you choose not to, you can include your family/friends in the ceremony with a pledge, to look after and give guidance to this new life that you have welcomed into the world. 

You may like to have some sort of ritual, such as lighting candles, planting a tree, releasing balloons, or something else to signify new life.  You may also like to include a special song or a poem read by yourself or a family member. 

A naming ceremony should be something that is meaningful to you and your family - a special way to signify the precious gift of a child.  Celebrate their safe arrival as they begin their "Journey of Life" with a beautiful naming ceremony.
